Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Code Village Solutions (“we”, “us”) for using ViziSpot at vizispot.com and app.vizispot.com. By creating an account or using ViziSpot you agree to them. If you use ViziSpot for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 16.
Your content
You own what you put into ViziSpot. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share it with, including making thumbnails, searching it and transcribing voice recordings. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to upload it. Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Sharing
You decide who can see your content. A public link lets anyone with the link view what it covers until you revoke it or it expires, so share links with care.
Plans and payment
- Starter and Pro start with a free 7-day trial, with no card needed. Team has no trial.
- Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may be added. You can change or cancel at any time in the app; changes are prorated by our payment provider, Stripe.
- If a trial or subscription ends, your workspace becomes read-only. We keep your content for 30 days, then delete it unless you subscribe.
- Each plan includes the storage, workspaces, seats and transcription time stated when you subscribed. If you go beyond them, you may need to upgrade or free up space.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s data, to send spam, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and will try to tell you why.
The service
We work to keep ViziSpot available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change. Voice transcripts are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Ending these terms
You can stop using ViziSpot and delete your account at any time (email us if you want everything removed). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to stop the service, and will give you reasonable notice and time to take your content where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use ViziSpot after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
